I'm discovering as August gets closer that we seem to know less and less detail about what we are going into. At the same time we feel quite confident and mostly calm about this giant leap we are about to make.
At our VSO preparation in Melbourne, they stressed how important it is to go into a posting with as few expectations as possible - I think we're doing o.k. with that. The problem is that whenever people ask us Where will you be living? What will you eat? What exactly will Steve be doing? we really don't know the answer.
So, please stay with us on this journey, I'm sure we're going to need your support and encouragement - and who knows we just might find out some answers to give you at some point :)
