So here's our apartment. Pretty fancy by volunteer standards, in fact probably reasonably fancy by Mongolian standards. It is so much more than we imagined and to start with I was a little embarassed by it. But as the temperatures drop I'm realising how good it will be to have loads of indoor space for the kids. We even have an indoor soccer spot!! (soft blow up ball of course). The kitchen is fantastic and I have definitely been giving the oven a good work out, especially trying to hone my bread making skills - any tips/recipes gratefully accepted.
